1. Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how Zippyseve by DK processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on zippysevebydk.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Custom and print-on-demand items are made to order and require an additional 2–5 business days for production before they are shipped.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been placed, and another once it has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • For select products, we may also offer international shipping, which will be indicated at checkout where available.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you and arrange a refund.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Within India (metro and major cities): 3–7 business days.
  • Within India (other locations): 5–10 business days.
  • Items shipped from overseas suppliers or international orders: 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value or during promotions; this will be clearly stated at the time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number and courier details by email or WhatsApp, where available. You can use these to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, you may be responsible for re-shipping charges.


8. Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (for example, no one is available to receive the parcel, or the courier cannot reach the address), the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional charges.


9. Delays

While we work hard to dispatch and deliver on time, some delays are outside our control, including courier backlogs, customs processing, festival rushes, and unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience and will assist you in tracking any delayed shipment.


10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.


11. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us promptly. Claims relating to damaged or missing items are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
